Interesting - and truly hard to find! - field-grey-coloured, WH (Heeres, Waffen-SS etc.) field-cap-buttons (ie. 'Knöpfe für Einheits-Feldmützen') being neatly maker-marked examples that come in a 'mint- ie. unissued', condition
I recently found an original, period carton-based 'card' holding 48 pieces (ie. 24 sets) of the field-grey-coloured-, 'pebbled'-styled and/or typical steel-based, WH (Heeres, Waffen-SS etc.) field-cap-buttons (ie. 'Knöpfe für Einheits-Feldmützen') being all neatly maker-marked examples that come all in a 'virtually mint- ie. unissued', condition. The buttons have an approximate diameter of only 1,2 cms. (being the 'regular'- ie. 'standardised' cap-button-size) and are all clearly marked on their backs with a makers'-designation (ie. logo) that reads: 'G3' (or alike as can be seen on the pictures). The interesting card originated from the left-overs of an old tailor-shop and was never before in collectors'-hands: I decided to sell these per pair (thus my asking-price is intended for a pair of two identical buttons). The buttons show a truly 'matted' surface and are void of any staining nor wear (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice occasion to acquire a 100% original - and scarcely found! - WH replacement-item ie. headgear-accessory for an interesting price!
