Mid- (ie. later-war-) pattern, 'SS' (ie. 'Waffen-SS') so-called: 'BeVo-weave-style', enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-pattern) tropical-styled arm-eagle (ie. 'Tropen-Ärmeladler für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere der Waffen-SS')
This is a neat example of a mid- (ie. later-) war-pattern, 'SS' (ie. 'Waffen-SS') so-called: 'BeVo-weave-style', enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-pattern) tropical-styled arm-eagle (ie. 'Tropen-Ärmeladler für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere der Waffen-SS') as was intended for usage by the various Waffen-SS troops throughout the war and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. possibly issued- albeit nevertheless still 'virtually mint'- and/or most certainly never tunic-attached-), condition. The neat and desirable piece - which shows the machine-embroidered- and/or truly golden-yellow-coloured stitching on a black-coloured- and/or linnen-based background - shows some mimimal age ie. staining caused by decades of storage only. The eagle is a 'text-book' example of a so-called: tropical 'BeVo-woven'-type, arm-eagle (that was - amongst others - used on the camouflaged, M44-type, Waffen-SS 'Dot'-pattern tunics and Italian-styled 'Sahariana'-tunics. This example misses its 'RzM'-etiket on its back (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very nice - and of course 100% guaranteed original! - tropical-style Waffen-SS arm-eagle which will be hard to be upgraded!
