Very detailed - and neatly enamelled! - so-called: 'Mitgliedsabzeichen des Zentralverbandes für Zucht und Prüfung deutscher Pferde' being a medium-sized example that shows the makers'-designation 'L.Chr. Lauer' on its back

The attractive - and actually scarcely seen! - TR-era lapel-pin has only been moderately used ie. worn but has a very nicely preserved age-patina and has most certainly never been cleaned nor polished: it is showing normal wear but is totally void of any (enamel-) damage (as can be seen on the pictures): just some regular wear ie. minimal scratches are noticable. The badge - ie. membership lapel-pin - shows moreover a somewhat tarnished- (ie. minimally stained-) finish ie. age-patina as can be seen from the pictures. This example - which has an approximate diameter of 3 cms. - shows a black-coloured (ie. enamelled) capital 'R'-character and black-coloured rim and comes mounted onto its typical 'button-hole' set-up which is naturally still fully functional and/or present. The piece is neatly maker-marked and shows the makers'-designation: 'L.Chr. Lauer - Nürnberg-Berlin' on its back. A similar example is also figured in the 'Heering-Hüsken'-lapel-pin-catalogue, wherein it is given the unique reference-number (2126B) and an estimated value of 95 Eu. Simply an attractive membership lapel-pin that belonged to a member of the: 'Zentralverband für Zucht und Prüfung deutscher Pferde'!
