Attractive, larger-sized- and greyish-silver-toned so-called: award-plaque (or: 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Medaille') showing a 'Reichsadler'- and swastika-sign and illustration of a mother and child coupled with the text: 'Reichsparteitag 1939'
This is an attractive greyish-silver-toned, so-called: award-plaque (or: 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Medaille') that shows a 'Reichsadler'- and/or swastika-sign and illustration of a mother and child coupled with the text: 'Reichsparteitag 1939' (and on its back the text: 'N.S. Kampfspiele 1939 - Zweiter Platz') and that comes as stored for decades. The neat - larger-sized and/or regular-weight-piece - has an approximate diameter of 9,5 cms. and has pronounced detail as to be expected. It shows on its front a detailed illustration of a: 'Reichsadler'- and/or swastika-sign and illustration of a mother and child coupled with the text: 'Reichsparteitag 1939' and was as such intended for usage at the never held(!) 'Reichsparteitag 1939'. The piece - which resembles the equally-produced but also never issued 'tinnie' - was never cleaned nor polished and has lost (most of) its silver-toned finish: this has faded-away ie. 'migriert' over the years as more often (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece - which is void of a makers'-designation - shows some minimal age ie. dust but was never cleaned nor polished. The piece originates from a private-household in Germany where it was recently uncovered as issued and stored for decades (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and most certainly scarcely found! - table-medal ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Medaille' that was produced for the (due to the outbreak of WWII) never held 'Reichsparteitag 1939' and that is with certainty accordingly priced!
