Neat - and with certainty unusually seen! - commemorative and/or: 'silk'-based, so-called: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen' depicting a building coupled with the text: '50. Regiments-Jubiläum - Wiedersehens-Appell', Saarbrücken - 31. Juli - 2. August 1937
This is an attractive - colourfully executed and with certainty unusually seen! - commemorative and/or: 'silk'-based, so-called: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen' depicting a building and swastika-device coupled with the text: '50. Regiments-Jubiläum - Wiedersehens-Appell - Verbunden mit Lagarde Feier des 3. Unter-Els.Inf.Regt. 138' as held in the town of Saarbrücken from 31. July to 2. August 1937 and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The piece is truly nicely executed and measures approximately: 10 x 2,5 cms. The piece - that shows some normal wear and/or moderate age - comes mounted onto its functional (abeit rusty) safety-pin and does show some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures). Of additional interest is, moreover, the fact that the piece shows an interwoven makers'- (ie. patent-pending-) designation on its back that reads: 'Kukenhal - Ges.Gesch. - Kruse Söhne - W. Barmen' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice occasion to acquire a (with certainty!) unusally seen 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen' for a justified price!
