Attractive, WH (Luftwaffe) 'Fallschirmschützen-Abzeichen in Stoff' (or: cloth-based paratroopers'-jump-badge) being nicely machine-embroidered specimen that come in a never used- ie. 'virtually mint-/unissued', condition
I recently uncovered a full (ie. period-assembled) 'bundle' holding ten - fully identical! - examples of the desirable - and actually not that easily encountered! - so-called: WH (Luftwaffe) 'Fallschirmschützen-Abzeichen in Stoff' (or: cloth-based paratroopers'-jump-badge) being all ten nicely machine-embroidered specimen that come in a simply never used- nor tunic-attached ie. 'virtually mint- ie. unissued', condition. All pieces are neatly machine-embroidered in multi-coloured- (and/or linnen-based) thread and simply cannot be upgraded (as cab be seen on the pictures). All ten pieces show great pronounced detail in order to closely resemble their metal-based counterparts. The bundle originates from the left-overs of an old tailor-shop: they were simply left-over and never used. These cloth-based versions were preferred by the soldiers, NCOs and/or officers 'stationed in the field' for obvious reasons. My asking-price is naturally intended per single specimen. Simply a nice occasion to acquire attractive and fully 'text-book' example of a WH (Luftwaffe) 'Fallschirmschützen-Abzeichen in Stoff' that is accordingly priced!
