Commemorative - leather-based-, N.S.D.A.P.-related 'tinnie', being a neatly maker- (ie. 'E.O. Friedrich'-) marked example depicting an eagle-sign and two-headed horses-sign surrounded by the text: 'Gautag Ost-Hannover der N.S.D.A.P. 1937'
The neat - and with certainty unusually seen! - badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in reddish-brown-coloured and genuine leather-based material and depicts an eagle-sign and two-headed horses-sign surrounded by the text: 'Gautag Ost-Hannover der N.S.D.A.P. 1937' and was as such intended for an N.S.D.A.P.-related gathering held in the town of Hannover. The badge - that shows some normal wear and/or moderate age - comes naturally mounted on its functional (period-glued-on-) pin-/catch set-up and has IMO never been cleaned: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' retains most of its (fairly shiny-) finish and shows a clear (inked) maker-designation on its back that reads: 'Lederplastik - E.O. Friedrich - Leipzig' (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive N.S.D.A.P.-related so-called: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' for an interesting price!
