This is a truly attractive - very nicely preserved and actually not that easily encountered! - 'HJ'- ('Hitlerjugend') ie. 'BDM'- ('Bund Deutscher Mädel') related, so-called: 'Reichsberufswettkampf-Siegerabzeichen' being a high-quality (ie. typical 'Buntmetall'-based!) and neatly maker-marked award (of the 2nd model) bearing the text: 'Kreissieger 1938' that comes stored in its period, red-toned and 2- (ie. 3-) pieced box as issued and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem never worn- nor used- ie. still 'virtually mint'), condition. The attractive badge is (as stated above) executed in high-quality, golden-bronze- ie. copper-toned metal (ie. 'Buntmetall') and is nicely maker-marked on its back with the makers'-designation of the maker: 'G.Brehmer - Markneukirchen' (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge comes in a just moderately used- ie. worn condition but is totally void of enamel-damage as can be seen on the pictures). It is furthermore just a tiny bit tarnished ie. dusty caused by normal age (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge comes naturally mounted onto its (fully functional- and/or totally unaltered!) catch and/or functional pin- (ie. catch) attachment. The badge has a wonderful appearance and has never been cleaned nor polished. The neat - and actually rarely seen! - red-toned and/or 2- (ie. 3-) pieced box is fully functional and complete: it retains its typical 'inlet' but comes a tiny bit loose (but is still fully functional as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and fully complete! - 'youth-related'-award that is - I deem - priced according to its very nice and totally untouched, condition!
