Superb - and just moderately used! - fully matching pair of WH (Heeres) 'Kragenspiegel für Generale des Heeres'

This is a truly very attractive - fully matching and just moderately used- and/or carefully tunic-removed! - pair of WH (Heeres), neatly hand-embroidered, general-officers'-pattern collar-patches (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Generale des Heeres') as was specifically intended for an army general-officer and that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem clearly issued-, worn- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The neat tabs - which are executed in typical, (tarnished) golden-toned 'braid' - have bright-red-coloured- and truly smooth-woolen- (ie. 'moleskin'-) based 'backgrounds' (as can be seen on the pictures). The tabs show truly extraordinary detail and are a great example of the employed craftmenship of the days. The pair - which is nicely 'backed' with typical 'buckram'-based cloth - is just a tiny bit tarnished- ie. stained (simply caused by years of storage and or moderate wear). The pair belonged to an army 'General' who kept and/or stored these neat insignia-pieces for decades. Simply a very attractive and/or truly detailed WH (Heeres) general-officers'-type collar-tab-pair that is priced according to its unmistaken rarity and/or desirability!
