The truly pronounced - and I deem just moderately used- and/or worn! - very early-pattern, 'Buntmetall'-based and silver-class wound-badge (or: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Silber') on offer here does show moderate wear and/or age and shows a typical, greyish-silver-coloured finish (that is, however, nicely preserved). The wound-badge is, as stated above, neatly maker-marked with the makers'-designation: '11' (so without the 'L' as can be noticed on the back of the badge as can be seen on the pictures) signifying that it deals with an early piece that was produced by the desirable: 'Wilhelm Deumer'-company as based in the town of Lüdenscheid. Of course, are the (regular- ie. thin-shaped-) pin and/or (typical) catch (-set-up) fully functional and of course present. This piece has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal dust and/or staining as to be expected. Simply a neat - and quite unusually found! - 'Buntmetall'-based, silver-class WB that was produced by the: 'Wilhelm Deumer'-company and that is naturally accordingly priced!
