Superb - and very rarely encountered! - so-called: 'Einzelspange' showing a (genuine silver-based!): 'Feuerwehr-Verdienstkreuz des Württembergishen Landesfeuerwehrverbandes' attached

This is a very attractive - truly exceedingly rarely found and I deem just moderately used- and/or worn! - example of so-called: 'Einzelspange' (or: non-detachable, single-pieced medal-bar) showing a very detailed and just minimally tarnished, silver-toned (and genuine silver-based!) 'Feuerwehr-Verdienstkreuz des Württembergishen Landesfeuerwehrverbandes' (or: loyal-service award for rendered loyal-service of the fire-brigade members serving within the fire-workers-association of the German province Württemberg) and that comes mounted onto its confectioned, darker-blue- (ie. cornflower-blue-) coloured ribbon as issued and/or worn. The detail on this example is simply extraordinary: it has - I deem - never been cleaned nor polished and has an attractive and as stated above minimally tarnished) age-patina. The medal - that was recently uncovered at a German private-household - comes 'mounted' onto a (non-detachable) metal-based 'clasp' that is neatly 'backed' with a piece of (minimally moth-damaged) bright-red-coloured wool as was intended for wearing this example on a 'going-out'- ie. dress-tunic or 'Waffenrock'. This example truly retains gorgeous details and has a great age-patina: it retains most of its somewhat 'tarnished'- and/or: silver-toned finish without showing any defaults. The blue-coloured ribbon shows only minimal usage and/or staining. It should be noted that these 'Feuerwehr-Verdienstkreuze des Württembergishen Landesfeuerwehrverbandes' were institutioned on 14 May 1924 and were awarded in the period from 1924 upto 1934: it is assumed that only approximately 1000 of these interesting loyal-service-awards were awarded making this a very rarely found award. Simply a very attractive - and actually very rarely found! - 'Einzelspange' that is I deem priced according to its obvious rarity!
