This is an attractive - albeit unmarked and actually not that easily found! - example of a pre-WWI-war-period, so-called: 'königl. Ungarischer Honvéd', copper- (ie. 'messing'-) based belt-buckle being a typical 'M1892'-specimen that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately worn and/or presumably uncleaned), condition. The buckle - showing in its centre the typical hield and/or crown - is still a bit dirty and shows some dust and/or staining as acquired over the years. The buckle is of the 'regular'-pattern- (ie. 'single-pieced'-construction) and was (I deem) not recently cleaned nor polished. The buckle is void of any makers'-mark or logo (as is more often encountered) and shows nice and/or pronounced detail but also shows the obvious signs of having been moderately worn (it is still a bit dusty as found and comes as stored for decades). Simply an attractive example of a: 'königl. Ungarischer M1892 Honvéd'-belt-buckle that is with certainty accordingly priced!
