Stunning, black-toned WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS 'Panzer' ie. Kriegsmarine-related-) 'Deutsches Kreuz im Gold in Stoff' (ie. cloth-based DKiG or German Cross in gold)

This is a truly very attractive - presumably issued and once tunic-attached and actually very scarcely found! - example of a cloth-based version of a WH (Heeres o. Waffen-SS 'Panzer' ie. Kriegsmarine-related-) 'Deutsches Kreuz im Gold in Stoff' (or: cloth-based DKiG ie. German Cross in gold) being a piece that was executed onto a black-coloured background that comes in an overall very nice- (I deem minimally used- ie. once tunic-attached-), condition. The piece - which is neatly hand-embroidered in various types of bullion - has a truly black-coloured- (ie. typical 'Panzer'- ie. evt. Kriegsmarine-related-) smooth-woolen-based background. The award shows a golden-toned (ie. metal-based- and minimally tarnished) wreath as to be expected. The piece - which is void of an inked makers'-mark (ie. logo) on its back as is more often encountered - is nicely 'backed' with regular-shaped, black-toned protective 'backing-carton' (something that is more often but not always seen). The piece just shows some minimal age and/or staining but is totally void of any damage or alike. I have seen similar, black-toned ie. Panzer-related DkiG in stoff for much more than my asking-price. Simply a very attractive - and truly used- ie. worn! - example of this high-class award - only second in grade to a Knights Cross or 'Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes'!; I deem that I have priced this 'Panzer' ie. Kriegsmarine example, accordingly!
