Neat - and scarcely encountered! - HJ- (Hitlerjugend-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') as was issued to commemorate a HJ-related gathering ie. rally named: 'Gebiet 11 Mittelrhein - Aachen - 22. Juli 1934'

This is a very attractive - and actually truly scarcely encountered! - fairly early-period, HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstalstungsabzeichen') that was specifically issued to commemorate a specific HJ-related gathering ie. rally (named: 'Gebiet 11 Mittelrhein - Aachen - 22. Juli 1934') being a non-maker-marked example that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced badge - which is executed in typical, silverish-golden-toned metal (I deem so-called: zinc- ie. pot-metal) - truly shows extraordinary detail and was presumably once cleaned ie. polished: it is just somewhat tarnished by age. The piece (which is as stated above a non-maker-marked example) depicts a detailed eagle-device with in its centre a 'HJ-Raute' resting on a: 'HJ-Fahrtenmesser' coupled with the text: 'Gebiet 11 Mittelrhein - Aachen - 22. Juli 1934' and comes mounted onto its (of course still functional) pin-/catch set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very nice - and most certainly not that often encountered! - HJ/BDM- (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'/'Bund Deutscher Mädel'-) related 'tinnie'. I deem that I have priced this attractive - and early-period! - example according to its desirability and/or nicely preserved- and/or untouched condition!
