This is a neat - and I deem carefully cap-removed! - example of a WH (Luftwaffe) cap-eagle (ie. 'Mützenadler für Schiffchen o. Einheitsfeldmütze') being a 'standard-issue'-pattern- and neatly machine-embroidered example that is executed onto a black-coloured- and/or woolen-based background and that was as such intended for usage onto the black-coloured 'HBT'-based work- (ie. regular black-woolen-based) 'Hermann Göring-Division'-related side-caps (ie. 'Schiffchen') and that comes in a just minimally used- and/or once cap-attached, condition. The piece retains great pronounced detail and can naturally easily be used to restore or complete any black-coloured 'Luftwaffe'-side-cap (or even 'M43'-type field-cap ie. 'Einheitsfeldmütze'). Simply a nice occasion to acquire a desirable - and used! - LW cap-eagle for a competive price!
