WWII-period- (ie. 'Deutsche Wehrmacht o. KM'-related-) pocket-chronograph (ie. 'Dienstchronograph') of the make: 'Junghans', having a white-coloured dial-plate and that comes in a moderately used and still functional, condition
Category:
This a neat typical WWII-period- (ie. 'Deutsche Wehrmacht'- or: 'Kriegsmarine'-related-) pocket-chronograph (ie. 'Dienstchronograph') of the make: 'Junghans' having a white-coloured dial-plate and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used but still fully functional ie. running), condition. These pocket-chronographs - having a standard 15- or 17-jewel movement - were distributed at a small scale to the various soldiers (ie. NCO and/or officers!) of the 'Deutsche Wehrmacht'. As stated has the piece on offer here a fully undamaged white-coloured dial (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece has an attractive (and undamaged!) silverish-nickle-toned casing (which is executed in nickle-silver-based metal as to be expected): the piece just shows some age, wear and/or staining and shows a neatly engraved 'Kriegsmarine'-related 'Abnahmestempel' (ie. eagle, swastika and 'M'-character on its back). It was recently found at a German private-household where it was found amongst some other insignia and equipment-pieces. The piece is as stated above fully functional and comes in a still running condition. Simply an attractive WH-naval-equipment-piece: I deem that I have priced it accordingly!
