The truly pronounced - very desirable and I deem just moderately used- and/or worn! - 'Buntmetall'-based, silver-class wound-badge (or: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Silber') on offer here does show some moderate wear and/or age and shows a typical, greyish-silver-coloured finish (that is, however, nicely preserved). The wound-badge is, as stated above, neatly maker-marked with the makers'-designation: 'L/15' in a box (as can be noticed on the back of the badge as can be seen on the pictures) signifying that it deals with a piece that was produced by the very desirable (and rarely found!): 'Otto Schickle'-company as based in the town of Pforzheim. Of course, are the (regular- ie. thin-shaped-) pin and/or (typical) catch (-set-up) fully functional and of course present. This piece has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal dust and/or staining as to be expected. Simply a very attractive, 'Buntmetall'-based, silver-class WB that was produced by the: 'Otto Schickle'-company and that is I deem priced according to its obvious rarity and/or desirability: just the first such VWA by the 'Otto Schickle'-company I ever had on offer!
