This a neat - clearly used- ie. once tunic-attached and fully matching! - pair of - I deem - early-war period, WH (Kriegsmarine) 'M36' (ie. 'M40'-) type collar-patches (ie. 'Einheitskragenspiegel') as was specifically intended for usage by a: 'Soldat o. Uffz. eines Küsten-Artillerie-Regiments o. Abteilungs' (or: naval soldier and/or member within a coastal-artillery unit or regiment) and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. clearly used ie. carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The typical 'all-linnen'-based collar-tabs are piped in the yellowish- (ie. 'goldgelbener'-) coloured branchcolour (having a white coloured centre-stripe) and come mounted onto a (darker-green-coloured and smooth-woolen-based) background: they were as such intended for usage by soldiers (and/or NCO's) within the coastal-artillery troops (or: 'Küstenartillerie-Truppen'). The collar-tabs which are 'text-book' in all facets show some minimal age, wear and/or staining and still show some of the stitching and thread-remains with which thety were once tunic-attached. It should be noted that almost ALL 'Küstenartillerie' insignia-pieces are very hard to encounter: these specific 'Küst.-Art.' collar-tab-sets even more so, which grades them easily as 'scarce'. Simply a truly attractive - and hard to find! - enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) type 'Küstenartillerie' collar-tab-pair as was intended for usage on the field-grey coloured naval-attire!
