This is neat - and truly used and/or tunic-removed! - example of a WH (Kriegsmarine) breast-eagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Mannschaften u. Uffz. der Kriegsmarine') being a 'standard-pattern'- and neatly 'BeVo'-woven example that comes (off-factory!) mounted onto a darker-blue-coloured (and typical woolen-based!) background and that comes in a clearly used- (ie. somewhat 'relic'-), condition. The piece - which is of the pattern that was worn on the various darker-blue-coloured tunics and attire throughout the war - comes in a clearly once tunic-attached condition. It is nicely machine-embroidered in golden-yellow-toned linnen shows some obvious staining and/or wear simply caused by having been heavingly worn. I deem that this clearly used WH 'Kriegsmarine'-related breast-eagle is accordingly priced!
