Unusually found, WH (KM) typical aluminium-based- and/or silver toned ID-plaque (for 'on-board-usage') bearing the engraved name and coded numeral (ie. text) that simply reads: 'Negele - N6934/40T'

This is a neat - and with certainty unusually found! - typical WH (Kriegsmarine) ID-plaque (as was used for 'on-board usage' and that was attached to a tiny, wooden-based personal-belongings cases) that bears the engraved name and coded numeral ie. text (and year: 1940) that simply reads: 'Negele - N6934/40T' and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit just moderately used-), condition. The disc measures 10 x 6 cms. and does show some regular wear (it shows some obvious scratches and/or staining). It was, however, never cleaned nor polished and is still a bit dirty: the silverish-coloured finish is, however, still nicely- (ie. almost fully-) preserved. It should be noted that these 'standard-issue'-pattern decorative KM-related discs are actually not that easily encountered. Simply an attractive, early-war-pattern albeit moderately used example that would most certainly merit further investigative work!
