This is a very detailed, silverish-coloured- and/or typical tin- (ie. pot-metal) based so-called: N.S.D.A.P.-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') shows a round-shaped swastika surrounded by the text: 'Sommer-Sonnenwende - Gau Weser-Ems - 1939'
and being as such issued to commemorate the participation in a specific N.S.D.A.P.-related-gathering and that comes in an overall very nice (albeit - I deem - issued ie. moderately worn-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced badge shows extraordinary detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished: almost all of its period finish has been nicely preserved (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece shows the round-shaped swastika coupled with the text as mentioned above (as can be seen on the pictures). The badge is void of a makers'-designation and comes naturally mounted onto its (functional-) pin- ie. catch set-up. Simply an attractive, locally-issued N.S.D.A.P.-related 'tinnie' that is I deem accordingly priced!
