This is an attractive - and actually not that easily encountered! - fairly early-period, N.S.D.A.P.-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') that is executed in silverish-grey-toned- I deem tin- ie. pot-metal-based metal and that depicts a man that loosens his chains mounted upon a 'swastika'-device that shows the text: 'Saarkundgebung - Oberhausen-Rhld. - 10-6-1934' and that was as such intended for an: N.S.D.A.P.-related gathering ie. rally. The medium-sized- and swastika-shaped badge - which measures approximately 3,8 x 3,8 cms. - is void of any makers'-designation and comes in an overall nice (albeit issued and/or minimally worn-), condition: it shows extraordinary detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished (some minimal staining is, however, present and visible as can be seen on the pictures). It comes naturally mounted on its (functional) pin-/catch set-up. Simply an attractive - and most certainly not that often encountered! - N.S.D.A.P.-related 'tinnie' that is I deem accordingly priced!
