This is an attractive - and with certainty not that often seen! - frosted-silver-toned- and typical metal- (ie. 'Buntmetall'-) based so-called: patriotic- ie. supporter, commemorative-medal (or: 'Veranstaltungsmedaille') being an attractive example that shows the (truly detailed!) portraits of the: 'Reichskanzler' von Hindenburg and Adolf Hitler, two flags and text that reads: 'Deutsche Nationale Erhebung - März 1933' (and on its back a larger-sized swastika-sign surrounded by the text that reads: 'Erinnerung a.d. Erhebung d. deutschen Volkes u. seinen Sieg im Kampf gegen den Marxismus am 5. u. 12. März 1933') and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit clearly issued and/or presumably used-), condition. The detailed medal - that has an approximate diameter of 3,2 cms. - simply shows extraordinary detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece is void of a makers'-designation and came without ribbon as recently found. Simply an attractive, patriotic-styled - and fairly early-period! - 'Medaille' ie. 'Plakette' that can be easily described as a example of typical 'Nazi-Kitsch' of the early thirties!
