Commemorative, golden-bronze-toned, so-called: 'N.S.D.A.P'-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie') showing an illustration of a sun-burst and swastika coupled with the text: 'Sonnenwend-Feier - Kreis Hamm/W. - 24 Juni 1933'

The attractive - early-period and actually not that easily found! - shield-shaped day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in golden-bronze-toned and typical zinc-based metal (ie. pot-metal) and depicts a detailed illustration of a sun-burst and swastika coupled with the text: 'Sonnenwend-Feier - Kreis Hamm/W. - 24 Juni 1933' and that was as such intended for a specific 'N.S.D.A.P.'-related gathering that took place in the year 1933. The 'hollow-back'-pattern badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin/catch set-up and was (I deem) never cleaned nor polished: it just shows some minimal staining but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' - which is totally void of a makers'-designation - truly retains all of its (typical, minimally tarnished) bright golden-coloured finish. This example originates from an older collection of interesting, early- and pre-1933 insignia and badges that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply a great occasion to acquire an attractive - and not that easily encountered! - fairly early-period- and locally-issued, so-called: 'Tagungs- o. Veranstaltungsabzeichen' for a justified price!
