This is an attractive - clearly worn fully textbook and nowadays actually not that often seen! - example of a (typical) printed- and/or later-war-period, so-called: 'Deutscher Volkssturm'-armband (ie. 'Armbinde') being and example that is executed in slightly 'thinner-styled' cloth and that comes in an overall nice- (ie. clearly issued and/or worn-), condition. The neat armband - which saw usage by the last-ditch 'Wehrmacht'-troops of 1944/1945 - is executed on typical printed (and somewhat fine-structured) linnen and was neatly 'off-factory' assembled and stitched-together (as can be seen on the pictures). The armband measures approximately 41 x 6,3 cms. and shows very bright and vivid colours: it just shows some minimal age and wear (ie. it shows some tiny holes as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice opportunity to acquire an 'issued and truly worn' example of this scarcely seen, later-war-period VS-armband for a justified price!
