Golden-toned, 'standard-issued'-pattern WH (Kriegsmarine) steel-based belt-buckle
Category:
This is an attractive - and most certainly somewhat later-war-period! - WH (Kriegsmarine) golden-coloured- and/or typical steel-based belt-buckle (ie. 'Koppelschloss für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere der Kriegsmarine') being a (typical) non-maker-marked example that comes in an (I deem) just moderately worn- (ie. fully untouched-), condition. The piece retains most of its somewhat matted ie. somewhat 'satin-like'- and/or golden-coloured sprayed colour: just some normal handling-marks are noticable (as can be seen on the pictures) something that was I deem just caused by storage for decades only. The piece was most certainly never cleaned and comes as recently found. The buckle - which has very nice and/or pronounced detail! - is totally void of an impressed makers'-designation or alike (something that is more often observed). Simply a very attractive and fully untouched later-war-period naval-example that is I deem accordingly priced!
