Commemorative, silverish- (ie. golden-orange-) coloured 'SA- o. Sturmabteilungen'-related 'tinnie' being a non-maker-marked example showing a pair of ski's, SA-logo- and text: 'SA-Skitreffen - Gruppe Sachsen - Oberwiesenthal - 11.2.1934'

The attractive - and actually truly rarely found and fairly early-period! - silverish- (ie. golden-orange-) coloured day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in (hollow) silver- and/or tin-based metal: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age. The badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional- (and non-altered-) pin- ie. catch set-up and has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' retains most of its (fairly shiny!) silver-coloured (and orange-toned!) finish. It should be noted that all SA-related tinnies that were intended to commemorate an event at regional- (ie. 'Kreis'-) level (such as the neat piece on offer here) saw much more limited usage and can easily be graded 'fairly scarce'. Simply a neat commemorative - rarely found and fairly early-period! - SA-related (and locally-issued!) 'tinnie' that is I deem accordingly priced!
