Commemorative, beige-coloured 'SA'-related 'tinnie' being a maker- (ie. 'R. Sieper & Söhne'-) marked example depicting a merchant-ship and 'SA'-logo and text: 'Wettkampftage 1939 - SA-Gruppe Hansa - Hamburg - 14.-18. Juni'
Category:
The attractive - and with certainty unusually encountered! - 'SA'- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in beige-white-coloured- (and I deem so-called: resin-based) material: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age. The badge has a functional pin-/catch set-up and has never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' - which is quite large-sized and has an approximate diameter of 4,5 cms. - depicts a detailed (golden-toned!) old merchant-ship and 'SA'-logo surrounded by the text: 'Wettkampftage 1939 - SA-Gruppe Hansa - Hamburg - 14.-18. Juni' and comes mounted onto its functional pin- ie. pin- ie. catch set-up and shows the (clearly present) makers'-designation: 'Richard Sieper u. Söhne - Lüdenscheid' and/or additional designation: 'RzM - M9/25' on its back (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and with certainty scarcely encountered - 'SA'- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related related 'tinnie'!
