This is an attractive - and truly minature-sized (ie. having an approximate diameter of 14 mm.) - multi-coloured- and/or neatly enamelled DRK (ie. 'Deutsches Rotes Kreuz') so-called: civil-attire badge (or: 'Zivilabzeichen des D.R.K.') being a very detailed example that is void of a makers'- (nor 'Ges.Gesch.'-patent-) designation and that comes in an overall very nice- (and only moderately used- ie. worn- ie. minimally tarnised but never cleaned-), condition. The neat piece comes naturally mounted onto its long-sized pin (as can be seen on the pictures). The attractive piece has a stunning (and as stated totally undamaged!) enamelled surface and was never cleaned nor polished and is just somewhat stained ie. tarnished. Simply a nice example that is I deem accordingly priced!
