Commemorative - carton-based! - SA- (ie. 'Sturmabteilungen'-) related 'tinnie' depicting an illustration of an 'SA-Sportabzeichen' and typical 'Reichsadler' coupled with the text: 'Wettkämpe der SA-Gruppe Sachsen - Chemnitz - 2-3 Juli 1938'
Category:
The neat - and with certainty unusually seen! - day badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in minimally tarnished, bright-silver-toned (and carton-based!) material that looks like metal (aka as 'Efoplast') and that is depicting a detailed illustration of an: 'SA-Sportabzeichen', swastika and typical 'Reichsadler' coupled with the text: 'Wettkämpe der SA-Gruppe Sachsen - Chemnitz - 2-3 Juli 1938': it does shows some normal wear and/or minimal age. The badge comes naturally mounted onto its functional pin-ie. pin-catch set-up and has (I deem) never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The 'tinnie' is totally void of a makers'-designation (but shows the material-designation-stamp: 'Efoplast') and retains most of its (fairly shiny!) silver-coloured finish. Simply a neat - and with certainty not that often observed! - SA-related 'tinnie' that is I deem, accordingly priced!
