Commemorative - and neatly 'Buntmetall'-based! - 'tinnie' being a maker- (ie. 'Deschler - München'-) marked example depicting a swastika mentioning the date: '1. März 1935' upon which a silver-toned 'label' showing the text: 'Saar' is attached

The neat - and actually unusually found! - day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in golden- (ie. silver-toned-) and/or: (I deem) 'Buntmetall'-based metal: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age and is somewhat tarnished by age and/or decades of storage. The badge - which is executed in the form of a swastika with text (upon which a silver-coloured 'label' ie. map with the text: 'Saar' is affixed as can be seen on the pictures) comes mounted onto its functional pin (and/or catch set-up) and has I deem never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal staining (as can be seen on the pictures) but is still very detailed and/or pronounced. The a maker- (ie. 'Deschler - München'-) marked 'tinnie' retains most of its (somewhat darkened- ie. tarnished-) silver- (ie. golden-) coloured finish and was issued in order to commemorate the occupation of the Saarland in 1935. Simply an attractive and not that often seen 'tinnie' ie. 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen'!
