This is an attractive - truly worn, fully matching and actually scarcely encountered! - pair of WH (Heeres) typically later-war-pattern, neatly machine-embroidered officers'-type collar-tabs (ie. 'Kragenspiegel für Offiziere') as piped in the in the desirable darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured branchcolour as was specifically intended for usage by an officer (ie. medical doctor) who served within the army 'Sanitäts-Truppen' (or: medical-troops) and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. clearly used- and/or once tunic-attached-), condition. The pair shows the (typical) darker-blue- (ie. 'blauer'-) coloured piping (and is entirely executed in linnen and not braid!) and was specifically intended for later-war-period, medical- (ie. 'Sanitäts'-related-) officials ie. officers. The pair is nicely 'backed' with beige/brownish-yellow-coloured 'Buckram'-based material as more often observed. The set shows some truly minimal age, wear and/or staining. This interesting collar-tab-pair originated from a private-household in Germany: it was found together with the 'Sanitäter'-related, 'Ärtzlichen Akademie' NCO-type-pair that I offer under number: 72974: both insignia-sets belonged to the same (candidate) medical-doctor who wore these and stored and kept them for decades. Simply a neat, (later-war-period) collar-tab-set as was intended for an: 'Offizier der Sanitäts-Truppen' that will be hard to be upgraded and that is with certainty accordingly priced!
