Clearly used- and/or worn, WH (Heeres) Panzer-related officers'-type, hand-embroidered breast-eagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Offiziere') as was intended for usage onto the 'wrap-around', officers'-pattern tunics

This is an attractive - albeit clearly used- and/or worn but nevertheless with certainty scarcely found! - example of a (a fairly luxuriously-styled!) WH (Heeres) Panzer-related, officers'-type, hand-embroidered- (and quite detailed!) army-type breast-eagle (ie. 'Brustadler für Offiziere des Heeres') being executed in bright-silverish-coloured braid on a black-coloured- and/or 'smooth'-woolen-based background and that comes in an overall nice- (and as stated above used- and/or carefully tunic-removed-), condition. This example - having a length ie. 'wingspan' of approximately 10,3 cms. - is nicely hand-embroidered using (bright) silverish-coloured 'braid' on a black-coloured (and/or woolen-based) background and does show some 'high-lighted'-areas as executed in black-coloured thread ie. braid (of which some comes somewhat loose ie. is missing (as can be seen on the pictures). The eagle - which is void of a makers'-designation as more often and that does show minimal usage and wear as can be noticed on the pictures - shows a neat additional 'backing' (made-out of greyish-toned linnen as can be seen on the pictures). These fairly scarcely seen breast-eagles were specifically intended for usage on the black-coloured 'Panzer'-wrap-around'-tunics. Simply an attractive example of a WH (Heeres) officers'-type breast-eagle of the 'Extra Qualität' that is I deem accordingly priced!
