Truly used pair of WH (Heeres) tropical- (ie. 'DAK'- or: 'Deutsches Afrikakorps'-) related- and/or 'Buntmetall'-based, eagle-'pith-helmet'-shield-set

This is an attractive - fully matching and I deem fairly early-war-period! - WH (Heeres) tropical- (ie. 'DAK'- or: 'Deutsches Afrikakorps'-) related- and/or typical 'Buntmetall'-based, eagle- and national-colours-'pith-helmet'-shield-set (ie. 'Schildersatz für Tropenhelm') comprising of a maker- (ie. 'A'- or: 'Assmann u. Sohne'-) marked national-colours-shield and a non-maker-marked eagle-shield that come both in an overall nice- (ie. I deem used- ie. once pith-helmet-attached-), condition. Both shields retain their original (three) once bent- ie. folded- and also 'Buntmetall'-based pins still in place (these are still functional). The shields both retain most of their painted- (ie. sprayed) surface and are void of any (real) damage or alike (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a nice occasion to acquire a fully matching and (partly) maker-marked, army-related 'pith-helmet'-shield-set for a competitive price!
