'KvK 1. Klasse mit Schwertern' being a neatly maker (ie. '4'-) marked example that comes in its non-maker- (but luxuriously-styled!) etui as issued

The neat 'Kriegsverdienstkreuz 1. Klasse mit Schwertern' on offer here is a truly attractive and neatly maker ie. '4'-marked- thus by the maker: 'Steinhauer & Lück'-produced and typical zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink-'based) specimen that comes in its neat and truly luxuriously-styled etui as produced, issued and/or stored for decades. The attractive - and I deem typical mid- ie. somewhat later-war-period - specimen is executed in greyish-silver-coloured- and/or: 'Feinzink'-based metal and comes in an overall very nice- (albeit I deem just moderately worn- and used-), condition. The naturally non-magnetic- and/or very vaulted- (ie. converse-shaped) cross shows a somewhat tarnished age-patina but has not recently been cleaned or polished: it has a typical, zinc-like silverish-coloured finish as can be seen on the pictures. The cross comes naturally mounted onto its functional (flute-shaped) pin- and/or: period catch (ie. catch-set-up) as can be noticed on the pictures. The piece - which shows the makers'-designation '4' stamped into the back of the pin (as more often encountered by pieces produced by this maker) - comes as found and/or stored for decades. The etui comes in an equally very nicely preserved condition: it is fully functional (and shows the printed, detailed and/or silverish-grey-coloured 'KvK'-symbol on its top). The etui has a fully preserved, black-coloured- (ie. velvet-based-) interior-section. Simply a nice occasion to acquire an attractive and fully complete: 'Kriegsverdienstkreuz 1. Klasse mit Schwertern'-set by the 'Hersteller' 'Steinhauer & Lück' for a justified price!
