Superb, maroon-red-coloured, Waffen-SS-pattern so-called: 'Fez' having a neat - and fully matching! - silver-grey-coloured- and/or 'BeVo'-woven insignia-set originally- (ie. 'off-factory'-) attached

This is a truly attractive example of a maroon-red-coloured- and/or typical woolen-based Waffen-SS-pattern, so-called: 'Fez' having a neat - and fully matching! - silverish-grey-coloured- and/or typical 'BeVo'-woven insignia-set originally- (ie. 'off-factory'!) attached and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem simply never worn- ie. still 'virtually mint'-), condition. The nice and desirable piece - which is regular- ie. somewhat larger-sized and that measures approximately 56 cms. (and that shows a white-inked size-stamp in its interior!)- will most certainly fit any mannequins'-head and has a complete and nicely shaped 'Tassel' in place (which is firmly attached to the top of the 'Fez' as can be seen on the pictures). The piece shows some storage- ie. handling-traces but is totally void of any damage: it also retains its (totally undamaged!) natural-coloured- and leather-based sweatband (as can be seen on the pictures). Both - naturally fully matching and 'BeVo'-type insignia are originally (ie. 'off-factory') applied (by means of machine-stitching ie. black-coloured thread as can be seen on the pictures). This piece originates almost certainly from the 'Dachau'-based clothing-depots from where it was taken as a souvenir by an US soldier in 1945. Simply a very nice and decorative piece of genuine Waffen-SS-headgear: I deem that I have priced this 'virtually mint'-example accordingly: both insignia-pieces only bring nowadays my asking-price!
