Pre-war-period, WH (LW) silver-coloured and/or aluminium-based belt-buckle (being of the typical 'down-tailed'-pattern)
Category:
This is an attractive - albeit minimally used- and/or worn! - example of an early- (ie. pre-) war-period- (and/or typical 'down-tailed'-pattern!) WH (Luftwaffe) silver-coloured- and/or typical aluminium-based EM/NCO-type belt-buckle (ie. 'Koppelschloss für Mannschaften u. Unteroffiziere der Luftwaffe') that comes in a just minimally used- ie. worn-, condition. The buckle - which is of a 'dual-pieced'-construction (having a separately-attached front-plate in place) retains all of its somewhat 'shiny', silverish-grey-coloured finish without showing any real defaults it does show some minimal age, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The inside of the buckle shows some obvious dust caused by over more than 80 years of storage. The buckle itself is non-maker-marked as is more often observed (as can be seen on the pictures). It should be noted that these neatly 'down-tailed'-examples are nowadays quite difficult to encounter something that I deem merits my asking-price. The piece originates from a older belt-buckle-collection that I recently acquired for the web-site. Simply an attractive, early- (ie. pre-) war period- and/or: neatly 'down-tailed'-pattern, 'Luftwaffe'-example that is I deem accordingly priced!
