This is an attractive - and in this particular combination not that easily found! - four-pieced, WH- (ie. WWII-period and/or: Ostvölker ribbon-bar (ie. 'Feld- o. Bandspange') showing respectively the ribbons for an: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (or: iron cross second class), a: 'Medaille Winterschlacht im Osten 1941-42' (or: 'Ost'-medal), an: 'Tapferkeitsauszeichnung für Angehörige der Ostvölker, 2. Klasse in Silber mit Schwertern' (or: 'Ostvölker' silver-class service-medal for shown bravery on the Eastern Front with swords) and a: WH (Heeres o. KM) 'Dienstauszeichnung der 4. Stufe' (as was awarded for 4 years of loyal-service) and that shows a silver-toned (albeit tarnished) eagle-device attached, all four ribbons (and 'Auflagen') coming in a wonderful- (and only moderately used- ie. worn-), condition. The ribbons are of the regular- (ie. smaller) sized, ribbon-bar-size and measure approximately 1 cms. each (as is more often encountered). The 'Spange' comes in a very nice condition overall and is neatly 'backed' with a piece of pinkish-coloured wool (as more often). The attached (and detailed!) devices show some minimal age ie. tarnish but have been nicely preserved. This particular example was in my opinion only moderately worn ie. used: it does show some usage-marks and/or minimal aging ie. wear. Simply an attractive and somewhat larger-sized WH-'Feld- o. Bandspange' having an unusual combination: great to decorate almost any WWII-tunic!
