HJ/BDM-related 'tinnie' being a maker- (ie. 'R. Sieper & Söhne'- and/or: 'RzM M9/25'-) marked example: 'BDM Sportwettkämpfe 1939 - Obergau Salzburg'
Category:
The attractive - and with certainty unusually encountered! - HJ/BDM-related day-badge (ie. 'tinnie' or: 'Veranstaltungsabzeichen') is executed in bright-red-coloured- (and I deem resin-based) material: it shows some normal wear and/or moderate age. The badge has a functional pin-/catch set-up and has (I deem) never been cleaned nor polished: it shows some minimal age ie. staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'tinnie' - which is typically shield-shaped and that has an approximate 'height' of 5,2 cms. - depicts a detailed (golden-toned) 'BDM-Leistungs-Abzeichen' coupled with the text: 'BDM Sportwettkämpfe 1939 - Obergau Salzburg' and swastika and comes mounted onto its functional pin- (ie. pin-/catch-) set-up and shows the (clearly present) makers'-designation: 'Richard Sieper u. Söhne - Lüdenscheid' and/or additional designation: 'RzM - M9/25' on its back (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply an attractive - and with certainty scarcely encountered - Austrian 'HJ'- ('Hitlerjugend') ie. 'BDM'- ('Bund Deutscher Mädel') related 'tinnie'!
