Attractive - and actually scarcely encountered! - so-called: HJ/DJ u. BDM/JM-'leaders-lanyard' (ie. 'Führerschnur') as was intended for usage by a: 'HJ-Scharführer o. HJ-Oberscharführer'

These neat coloured and somewhat longer-sized, youth-lanyards were employed as an indication of both grade- and/or function and saw usage within all TR-period youth-organisations such as the HJ (ie. 'Hitlerjugend'), DJ (ie. 'Deutsches Jungvolk'), BDM (ie. 'Bund Deutscher Mädel') and/or: JM (ie. 'Jungmädel'). The neat green-coloured (ie. 'grün-geflochtenes'-) coloured example on offer here was as such intended to signify (amongst others) the youth-rank- ie. function an: 'HJ-Scharführer o. HJ-Oberscharführer'. The neat lanyard - which measures (doubled) approximately 52 cms. from top to end - is truly void of any wear nor heavy usage: it was (I deem) just moderately worn ie. used and was kept as such for decades (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece came complete with its period-attached, chrome-based 'musketon'-hook as issued and/or worn. Simply an attractive, youth-related 'leaders-lanyard' (ie. 'Führerschnur') that will be hard to be upgraded!
