This is a very attractive - never before seen and with certainty very rarely encountered! - example of a HJ- ('Hitlerjugend'-) cuff-title (ie. 'Ärmelstreifen') entitled: 'HJ-Streife' being an example as executed in the typical 'BeVo'-woven pattern and that comes in a just moderately used- (and I deem clearly tunic- ie. shirt-removed-), condition. The cuff-title - which comes in a (I deem) non-shortened- (ie. still full-length!) condition and that measures approximately: 39 cms. in length - is neatly machine-embroidered in golden-yellow-coloured linnen onto a black-coloured- (and typical linnen-based- and thin-shaped) background. The piece is (I deem) clearly tunic-removed and shows some minor age, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece is also a tiny bit wrinkled and/or stained and shows the obvious signs of having been once tunic-attached. I could not find much reference-material regarding this particular youth-related 'Ärmelstreifen' bearing the text: 'HJ-Streife' (I have, however, seen similar examples bearing the text: 'HJ-Streifendienst' and deem that the example on offer here is an unusual 'variant'-pattern). Simply a neat - and with certainty rarely encountered - youth-related cuff-title which is with certainty not that often offered for sale!
