Single, 'Stahlhelmbund'- (ie. 'Der Stahlhelm' o. Bund der Frontsoldaten (o. Sta.)' silver-toned- (and: 'Buntmetall'-based) collar-patch-device (ie. 'Kragenspiegel-Auflage') showing text: 'Wehrsport'

This is an attractive - regrettably single and actually not that easily encountered! - 'Stahlhelmbund'- (ie. 'Der Stahlhelm' o. Bund der Frontsoldaten (Sta)') collar-patch-device (ie. 'Kragenspiegel-Auflage') showing the silver-toned- (and I deem typical silvered 'Buntmetall'-based) 'Eichenlaub'-branches coupled with the text: 'Wehrsport' and that comes in an overall nice- (albeit moderately used ie. worn and/or once-collar-tab-removed)-, condition. The detailed device - which shows all originally-attached prongs present and in place does show some regular age-patina ie. tarnished surface. The black-coloured text (on which the wording 'Wehrsport' figures) does show some regular age ie. wear: something that is also valid for the silverish-finish. The piece was never before part of a collection and was found at a private-household in Germany. Simply an attractive and most certainly not that often encountered 'Stahlhelmbund'-related item that is (I deem) accordingly priced!
