Neat - and not that often seen! - example of a hand-embroidered, 'Extra Qualität'-pattern WH (Kriegsmarine) rank-chevron (or: 'Dienstgradabzeichen') for usage on the darker-blue-coloured naval tunics as intended for a: 'Matrosen-Obergefreiter'

This is an attractive - and I deem hardly used- nor worn! - example of a detailed and neatly hand-embroidered, 'Extra Qualität'-pattern WH (Kriegsmarine) rank-chevron (or: 'Dienstgradabzeichen') as was specifically intended for usage on the various darker-blue-coloured naval tunics as was intended for a: 'Matrosen-Obergefreiter' and that comes in an overall very nice- (and I deem issued- albeit hardly or even never used- nor tunic-attached-), condition. The rank-patch is executed on typical darker-blue-coloured and/or woolen-based cloth and shows a (golden-toned and very detailed!) 5-pointed 'star'-device and double 'stripe' of the golden-yellow-coloured and machine-embroidered naval NCO-braid attached. The piece - that is additionally (partly) 'backed' with a piece of beige-toned paper - shows some minimal storage-age and/or staining (as can be noticed on the pictures). Simply a nice occasion to obtain an - actually not that often seen! – hand-embroidered, WH (Kriegsmarine) rank-patch for I deem a justified price!
