This is an attractive - and in this uncommonly found combination not that often seen! - five-pieced, WWI- (ie. TR-) period WH (Luftwaffe) medal-bar (ie. 'Ordenspange') being of the 'non-detachable'-pattern that is respectively depicting a WWI-period: 'Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse' (or: iron cross second class), a WWI-period: 'Frontkämpferkreuz 1914-18' (ie.: 'Kriegsteilnehmerkreuz mit Schwertern'), a: 'WH (Luftwaffe) Dienstauszeichnung 3. Stufe' (as was intended for 12 years of loyal-service) that shows a detailed (golden-toned, down-tailed!) LW-type-eagle-device period-attached, a (rarely found!): 'WH (Luftwaffe) Dienstauszeichnung 1. Stufe' (as was intended for 25 years of loyal-service) and that shows a detailed (golden-toned, down-tailed!) LW-type-eagle-device period-attached and a: Finnish WWI-commemorative WWI-medal (ie. aka: 'Commemorative Medal of the War of Liberation, 1918'), all five medals coming in an overall very nice- (albeit just minimally used and/or worn-), condition. All five medals are nicely preserved examples that seem to have never been cleaned nor polished: both come in an equally minimally tarnished- ie. dusty (and minimally rust-stained) condition and naturally also come mounted onto their period ribbons. All five awards are truly bronze- (ie. tarnished golden- ie. silver-) coloured and are just minimally stained by age and/or moderate usage and wear (as can be seen on the pictures) but are void of any damage or alike. The pieces come naturally mounted onto their period ribbons and have a nicely preserved age-patina and are just a tiny bit dirty: they were (I deem) never cleaned nor polished (as can be seen on the pictures). The entire 'Spange' is nicely 'backed' with a piece of field-grey-coloured wool and comes mounted onto a metal-based: 'backing-plate' that shows a (regular-type- and still functional) pin- ie. catch-set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). The 'Frontkämpferkreuz 1914-18' is a clearly maker- (ie. 'G&S'-) marked example. This particular medal-bar (ie. 'Ordenspange') originates from a private-household and was never part of a collection. Simply an attractive example of a five-pieced WW1- (ie. TR- and/or Luftwaffe-) related 'Ordenspange' in an uncommonly found WWI- (ie. WWII-) combination that is (I deem) accordingly priced!
