Superb, Italian Waffen-SS 'volunteer' visor-cap eagle as was specifically intended for usage by the soldiers of the: '29. Waffen-Grenadier-Div. der SS' ('Italienische Nr. 1' or: 'Legione SS Italiana')

This is a truly very attractive - and actually extremely rarely encountered! - Italian Waffen-SS 'volunteer' visor-cap eagle (ie. 'Adler für den Schirmmütze') as was specifically intended for usage by the soldiers (ie. officers) servind within the: '29. Waffen-Grenadier-Div. der SS' ('Italienische Nr. 1' or: 'Legione SS Italiana') and that comes in an overall very nice- (ie. I deem just moderately used- ie. once visor-cap-attached-), condition. The very detailed and pronounced piece is totally void of a makers'-designation and is (I deem) constructed from (tarnished) silver-toned metal (ie. 'Buntmetall'); it is just a tiny bit stained- ie. tarnished caused by usage and/or wear (as can be noticed on the pictures). The neat piece retains both its (very fragile!) prongs ie. pins present and in place (that were most certainly once bent but that are still functional). It should be noted that most of these (rare!)Italian, Waffen-SS-related visor-cap-eagles that are offered on todays market are regrattably copies: the example on offer here is of unmistaken originality for which (as always) do I give a life-long-garuantee. Simply a great occasion to acquire a very rare Italian Waffen-SS 'volunteer' visor-cap eagle that belonged to a soldier serving within the '29. Waffen-Grenadier-Div. der SS' ('Italienische Nr. 1' or: 'Legione SS Italiana')!
