This is an interesting, typical zinc- (ie. 'Feinzink'-) based, female-staff-related ID-disc (ie. 'Erkennungsmarke') bearing the stamped unit-designation: 'Gen. z.b.V. IV Ers.D. - Betr.Helferinnenschaft' that came mounted onto its linnen-based (green-coloured) cord and that comes in an overall nice- (I deem worn and/or issued-), condition. I was not able to fully identify this disc but I deem that it was intended for some sort of 'special purpose'- (ie. 'zbV'- or: 'Zum besonderen Verwendung') replacement-unit (or: womens'-factory-guard or alike). The disc - which is executed in a fine letter-type - is also stamped with the bearers' bloodgroup-type (this is, however, not filled-in). The disc shows a 'bearer-number' (that reads: '22613' as can be seen on the pictures). The disc comes in a very nice condition and is just a bit stained due to decades of storage and minimal wear. Simply a nice occasion to acquire an interesting, female-staff-related ID-disc that would most certainly merit further investigation!
