Bright golden-toned, typical 'Reichsnährstand'- (ie. 'RNSt.'-) related, (portable) commemorative-award entitled: 'Reichsnährstand - Landesbauernschaft Rheinland - Hauptabteilung II - Provinzial-Pferde-Austellung - 1939'

This is an attractive - and with certainty not that often encountered! - aluminium-based and bright golden-toned, typical 'Reichsnährstand'- (ie. 'RNSt.'-) related (portable) commemorative-award is entitled: 'Reichsnährstand - Landesbauernschaft Rheinland - Hauptabteilung II' and that shows on its back the superimposed text that reads: 'Provinzial-Pferde-Austellung - 1939' (being a provincial horse-show held in the Rheinland the year 1939) and that comes as issued and kept as such for decades. The neat - somewhat smaller-sized- (and light-weight!) piece - came without ribbon and shows a: 'Reichsadler' and specific 'Reichsnährstand'-device on its front: it has an approximate diameter of only 4 cms. and has very pronounced detail as to be expected. It was most certainly never cleaned nor polished and has maintained a neat (somewhat matted) golden-toned age-patina (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece originates from a private-household in Germany where it was recently uncovered as issued and stored for decades. Simply an attractive - and with certainty unusually encountered! - 'Reichsnährstand'-related medal ie. 'Erinnerungs-Medaille' that is I deem accordingly priced!
