This is a very attractive - and with certainty rarely found! - square-shaped- and (I deem) neatly bronze-based! - so-called: combined D.L.V.- (or: 'Deutsches Luftsport Verbandes' and/or: D.D.A.C.- (ie. 'Der Deutsche Automobil Club'-) related commemorative plaque (ie. 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Plakette') as was issued to commemorate a specific meeting ie. national rally entitled: 'Ballonverfolgung 1935 - DDAC Ortsgruppe / Flieger Ortsgruppe - Stuttgart' being a neatly maker- (ie. 'A. Rettenmaier - Gmund'-) marked example as was issued to commemorate a specific D.L.V.- ie. D.D.A.C.-meeting ie. ballon-flight-contest and that comes in an overall very nice- (albeit surely issued ie. I deem just moderately used-), condition. The very detailed and/or pronounced plaque - which is executed in somewhat bright-toned, golden-bronze-coloured metal and that measures approximately 8,5 x 6 cms. - truly shows extraordinary detail and was almost certainly never cleaned nor polished. The piece - which shows as stated above a clear makers'-designation on its back (that reads as stated above: 'A. Rettenmaier - Gmund') shows various balloons and the: D.L.V.- ie. D.D.A.C.-logo's surrounded by the text as mentioned above (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very attractive - and with certainty seldomly seen! - D.L.V.- ie. D.D.A.C.-related 'Erinnerungs- o. nichttragbare Plakette' that is I deem accordingly priced!
