WH (Kriegsmarine) officers'-type, (partly) hand-embroidered cap-cocarde (ie: 'Kokarde für Schirmmütze') that comes in an overall nice - (I deem clearly used- ie. once-visor-cap-attached-), condition

This is an attractive - truly used and/or neatly detailed! - example of a (partly!) hand-embroidered, WH (Kriegsmarine) officers'- (ie. evt. NCO-) type cap-cocarde (ie: 'Kokarde für Schirmmütze') that comes in an overall nice- (I deem just moderately used- ie. most certainly once-visor-cap-attached-), condition. This example is nicely hand-embroidered using various kinds of (bright and shiny-) golden-coloured braid on a darker-blue-coloured (and/or woolen-based) background and shows some 'high-lighted'-areas executed in somewhat differently coloured golden-toned braid (as can be seen on the pictures). This example - that shows a separately attached metal-based 'inner-cocarde' - is clearly used and/or once cap-attached but is void of any staining ie. corroded areas: it does show, however, some wear and/or age (as can be seen on the pictures). The cocarde shows an additional, carton- ie. paper-based 'backing' (as can be seen on the pictures!) as more often observed and is quite 'thick' in execution (as can be seen on the pictures). Simply a very nice example that can naturally easily be (re)attached to any 'Kriegsmarine' officers'- (ie. evt. NCO-) type 'Schirmmütze'!
