Fire-brigade (ie. 'Feuerwehr'-related-) armbadge (ie. arm-eagle) entitled: 'Werkfeuerwehr'

The attractive - and fairly large-sized arm-badge, sized: 9,8 x 9 cms. - is executed in bright-pink-toned linnen onto the typical, darker-blue-coloured 'Feuerwehr'-type woolen-based cloth and was (I deem) simly never used nor worn: it can easily be graded 'virtually mint ie. unissued'. It does show some minimal storage-age ie. staining but still retains great pronounced detail: the used machine-embroidery is simply stunning (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece is not backed, something that is more often seen (as can be noticed on the pictures). These unusal 'Feuerwehr'-related arm-eagles can also be encountered without having an embroidered towns'-name above the eagle-device: this is a 'non-named', generic version showing the embroidery that reads: 'Werkfeuerwehr' (or factory fire-brigade). It should be noted that these neat 'Feuerwehr Ärmeladler' can easily be graded 'fairly scarce'!
